Use individual team accounts
The owner can invite staff with owner, editor, chatter or viewer roles as appropriate. Each person uses a personal login instead of receiving the owner’s shared administrator password.
Work around the content plan
Keep profiles, audience targets, assets and copy drafts connected. The team can see the next preparation task in the weekly batch rather than coordinating through disconnected file lists.
Control the final version
Roles are checked by the application, with final approvals reserved for the owner. Editing a draft is a different step from approving a concrete version or transferring it to an external provider.
A workspace for the creator business
Personal customer access has been activated and tested in the first configured customer area. Login, a complete browser reload, the owner’s team view and saving a private draft were checked against the existing content instance. This replaces the earlier shared-login-only description of the product. It is guided onboarding: a new business is configured deliberately, rather than created instantly from a public signup or payment form.
Roles for creators, editors and chatters
The owner manages invitations and the role assigned to each member. Editor, chatter and viewer access support different kinds of preparation, while sensitive final actions stay with the owner. This is a workspace role system; it should not be read as a promise of every possible per-file or per-social-profile permission. During setup we check your real team’s responsibilities, media access and provider requirements before inviting staff.
Separate customer data, connected daily work
Independent businesses require their own business data, media storage, worker and backup scope. Adding another creator profile is not a substitute for that separation. Within the configured workspace, a creator can have multiple social profiles and audience targets, each with its own planning rhythm and content rules. Your team works from the material requirement to the reviewed post, with existing originals and use history retained.
A practical weekly handoff for US and UK teams
Choose a workspace timezone that fits the operation, plan the posting rhythm, assign the files and review drafts as a batch. Check the destination platform’s actual timezone and login state before native scheduling. Personal access does not remove platform 2FA or create automatic OnlyFans or Fansly publishing. A demo establishes the supported modules, staff roles, external subscriptions and operating costs; self-service billing is not available.

Can one creator have several social profiles?
Yes. A creator can have multiple planning profiles and audience targets. Their posting frequency, material requirements and copy rules can be managed separately.
Does adding a creator create a separate customer database?
No. Independent customer businesses require a separately provisioned business instance. Creator profiles are planning objects within a configured workspace.
Can I sign up and pay for an instant workspace?
Not yet. Access is offered through a guided demo and onboarding. Scope, permissions, provider connections and costs are agreed before setup.
