AURA CREATORS STUDIO / AGENCIES & TEAMS

Multiple creators.
One clear operating model.

An agency needs repeatable processes without flattening every creator into the same account, audience or content rule. AURA Creators Studio connects planning, assets, copy preparation and approvals with creator-specific workspaces and personal team access. Use a common workflow while keeping each creator’s material and decisions in the right context.

YOUR STARTING POINT

Where we start.

  • The creators, destination profiles and authorised staff in scope
  • Original material and content rules for each creator
  • The agency’s review, handoff and reporting responsibilities

YOUR WORKFLOW

What becomes clear.

  • A repeatable planning and material-assignment process
  • Creator-specific drafts and traceable approval references
  • Documented handoff outcomes and visible setup gaps
01

Define the creator boundary before the batch

Identify which creator and customer workspace each profile, asset and original file belongs to. Personal access and creator assignment are part of the configured setup; this is not a public shared media library. A common agency process does not imply that every staff member can access every client. Confirm the actual workspace and role mapping during onboarding rather than treating a brand name as an access permission.

02

Standardise the process, not the personality

Use a shared planning rhythm and consistent file requirements while keeping account rules, language, audience and tone specific to each creator. OnlyFans Free and VIP can be separate planning targets. Fansly tiers belong to the intended account, not a collection of guessed independent logins. A repeatable workflow should reduce ambiguous decisions without imposing the same caption and content selection on every profile.

03

Make production gaps actionable

Translate posting targets into assets and actual original-file requirements. A set, an individual file and a planned use are separate quantities. Visual assignment helps an editor or coordinator see what is still missing before the batch is prepared. Keep originals, approved variants and usage history linked. Moving a filename into a calendar is not evidence that the right material has been selected and reviewed.

04

Give team preparation a concrete review point

Staff can prepare content through the authorised roles of the customer workspace. Agree who edits copy, who checks the intended audience and who can approve the relevant step. The approval should refer to the actual post version rather than a blanket instruction to publish anything. A later text or media change needs a fresh check. Personal access does not create a universal permission to operate every provider account.

05

Record destination results without guessing delivery

Order the profile handoffs and keep native planners or manual steps visible. Provider reading, private draft transfer and scheduling are different capabilities. The current workflow is not a universal automatic OnlyFans/Fansly publisher, and it does not execute the premium-to-link-to-teaser dependency chain. Document a destination result only after checking the right external account; an uncertain response needs reconciliation before another attempt.

06

Review the agency’s reporting scope

Recorded revenue and reviewed imports belong to their period, source and creator. Connected website search data can provide aggregate US/UK context where configured. Neither a planned post nor an unavailable source should become an invented performance result. Universal social analytics, automatic subscription-revenue feeds and self-service customer billing are not promised. Agree the actual sources and reporting responsibilities during the demo.

07

Introduce optional modules with their own acceptance

Stories, voice, shops and content protection have distinct setup and test boundaries. Own AI-production runtime is not yet production-accepted; individual copy marking has been tested in the protected shop flow. Agency and white-label operating requirements need their own agreed setup, not an assumption of automatic customer provisioning. Bring a representative process to the demo so the available modules can be mapped to your team’s real work.

FAQ

Your questions. Clear answers.

Is this software or outsourced agency management?

This is the dedicated software offering. AURA’s agency service is separate. The software demo focuses on modules, access and workflow setup.

Can staff access be personal rather than shared?

Personal customer and staff roles are available in the configured workspace. Creator assignment and actual permissions are verified during setup.

Does one workflow mean every creator uses the same content?

No. The process can be consistent while asset selection, audiences, languages and profile rules stay creator-specific.

Is white-label customer provisioning automatic?

No automatic self-service tenant provisioning or customer billing is promised. Agency and white-label requirements are agreed and verified separately.

LESS ADMIN. MORE CONTENT.

Many moving parts.
One repeatable workflow.

Stop rebuilding the plan every day: what is missing, who is next and which caption goes with which profile? Studio brings planning, files, AI drafts and approvals together, turning scattered tasks into a prepared weekly routine.

For creators: less to keep in your head.

Prepare your material, assign it and review the drafts. The plan makes the next step visible, leaving more attention for shoots and your community.

For agencies: less coordination work.

Editors and assistants work from the same plan and the right files. Reduce searching, repeated briefs and follow-up questions. Put available team hours into creator support and quality.

Build consistency into the routine.

One weekly batch: set requirements → assign material → review copy → work through handoffs. Visible gaps and approvals make the routine easier to follow. Platform actions and final decisions stay manual where the connection requires them.

How much working time could you free up?

Use your own figures. Starting values are an illustrative calculation, not measured product performance. Count active preparation and coordination time; production, approval decisions and manual publishing are not automatically completed.

Example calculation: creators × posts × minutes saved ÷ 60. Month = 4.33 weeks. Effort and quality depend on material, channels and team; no staffing or outcome guarantee.
